Illustrative example
What if your phone looked like this?
Take the self-assessment (2 min)Over ten years leading projects and teams, up to running a higher-education campus in Lyon. One conviction: a tool is only useful if it’s used every day.
The problem
Do you recognise any of these situations?
Quotes nobody chases
You send the quote, then the day takes over. Without a follow-up, the client hesitates… and sometimes signs elsewhere.
Missed calls
Your phone rings in the middle of a job, a session or a busy shop. You call back in the evening, when the client has already found someone else.
Evenings lost to admin
Invoices, emails, schedules, reminders: your evenings and weekends disappear into them, instead of resting or planning ahead.
You know artificial intelligence could help. But you have neither the time to test ten tools nor any wish to become an IT person. That’s exactly where I come in: I handle the technical side, you stay in charge of the decisions.
How it works
Three simple steps, no change to your habits
1. We take stock together
A 2-minute online self-assessment, or 20 minutes on the phone, to spot the tasks that cost you the most time.
2. I set everything up in 30 days
I take care of the whole technical side. On your end, allow about 20 minutes a week to read and approve the messages.
3. I stay by your side
I monitor, adjust and suggest new ideas, in short, regular check-ins. You’re never left alone with the tool.
Examples
What it changes in practice, in your trade
Pick your trade. Can’t find it? These examples are only a starting point: the self-assessment adapts to your business.
- What weighs on you
- Quotes gathering dust, missed calls on site, Google reviews you never find the time to ask for.
- What runs on its own
- Every quote followed up three days after it’s sent, a text reply when you can’t pick up, a review request after each job.
- What you gain
- More quotes signed, fewer clients lost, a reputation that builds itself.
Example: a list of quotes in business software, with the date each one was sent. Mr Walker’s quote is signed, Mrs Bennett’s and Mrs Carter’s were followed up automatically, Mr Morgan’s has just been sent. Four quotes, £8,595 in total.
- What weighs on you
- Loyal customers you no longer see, offers you don’t have time to announce, orders to follow up one by one.
- What runs on its own
- A message to customers you haven’t seen for a while, your seasonal offers announced, a reminder when an order is ready.
- What you gain
- Customers who come back, and more time in the shop, with them.
Example: Mrs Hughes orders an 8-slice cake by text; Lucas Patisserie confirms straight away, then lets her know on the day that her order is ready. She replies that she’ll pop by around 5 pm.
- What weighs on you
- Forgotten appointments, reminders sent by hand between two sessions, slots left empty.
- What runs on its own
- A confirmation and a reminder the day before the appointment, a follow-up message after the session, freed-up slots offered to your waiting list.
- What you gain
- Fewer missed appointments, a calmer diary.
The messages stay practical (dates, times, places): no health data ever goes through them.
Example: in a practitioner’s diary, the 11 am appointment is cancelled; the slot is offered to the waiting list and booked by Mr Fisher. No health data appears.
- What weighs on you
- Prospecting put off until tomorrow, promising contacts forgotten, weeks that depend on how much energy you have at the time.
- What runs on its own
- Every Monday morning, the list of people to call that week, with a suggested first message for each; follow-ups to contacts who haven’t replied.
- What you gain
- Steady prospecting, even in busy weeks, and more meetings.
Example: on Monday at 7 am, an email lists the 12 people to call this week; for each one, their company and a suggested opening line.
- What weighs on you
- Reports to write in the evening, quotes to prepare, invoices to chase.
- What runs on its own
- A report ready to review from a simple voice memo, polite reminders for late invoices, follow-up with your clients after an assignment or a training session.
- What you gain
- Your evenings back, steadier cash flow, clients who think of recommending you.
Example: a polite invoice reminder email, prepared in advance and scheduled; it is waiting for Claire’s approval before it goes out.
- What weighs on you
- Information scattered everywhere, tasks typed in three times, figures you pull together by hand.
- What runs on its own
- An automatic weekly summary, incoming requests sorted, reminders to clients and suppliers.
- What you gain
- A clear view of your business, and time to steer it rather than run around.
Example: on Friday at 5 pm, an email sums up the week in four simple figures: requests received, quotes sent, invoices outstanding, appointments next week.
I’m not at all comfortable with computers. Is this really for me?
Yes, I actually created this service with you in mind. There’s nothing to install or learn. Your only job: read and approve the messages before they go out.
Why not do it myself with ChatGPT?
You could, and it’s a good idea to take an interest in it. But testing, connecting your tools and checking every week that everything works takes time: precisely the time you’re short of. My role is to spare you that, while explaining what’s running.
How much time will I need to put in?
45 minutes for the free review, then about 20 minutes a week during the 30 days of set-up. After that, a short, regular check-in.
How much does it cost?
Every business is different, which is why I don’t offer a standard package. After the free review, you receive a written, detailed proposal with the full cost. Then you decide, with no pressure at all.
Will my clients notice it’s automated?
No. The messages are written in your tone, with your own phrases, and you approve them one by one. I show you a real example before anything goes live.
Example: never an impersonal, admin-style email signed “the sales department”, such as “Dear customer, your quote is pending approval”. Your clients receive a personal message, written in your voice, that you have approved.
What happens if I stop?
It all stays yours: your accounts, files and automations are in your name. You leave with everything, with no exit fees.
Getting started
Let’s start with a 20-minute call

Discovery call · 20 min
We look at where your time goes
A free, no-commitment conversation, by phone or video. You come away with three things: the tasks that cost you the most time, the first automations to put in place, and a clear idea of what you could get back.
Book my call- Up and running, or I keep goingIf, on day 30, the automations set out in your proposal aren’t working, I keep working at no extra cost until they are.
- Everything stays in your nameAccounts, files, automations: it all belongs to you, even if you stop.
- Nothing goes out without your approvalYou read and approve every message before it’s used for the first time.
Only 3 founding-client places left
I’m starting with a small number of clients whom I support personally. In return, I ask them for honest feedback on their experience.
