Privacy policy

Last updated: [TO BE COMPLETED: date]

This policy explains what data is collected when you use this website or get in touch, why, and how to exercise your rights. This English version is provided for information only; the French version prevails.

Data controller

Thibault Gèze, sole trader trading as Optirise, [TO BE COMPLETED: address], thib.geze@gmail.com.

Data collected

  • Appointment booking (Calendly): name, email address and any information you choose to provide.
  • Self-assessment: your answers to the questionnaire and, if you send your request, your name and email address, plus, if you provide them, your business name, phone number, message and whether you’d like a call back. Until you send your request, your answers stay in your browser and are not shared with anyone.
  • Exchanges by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn: your contact details and the content of your messages.
  • Audience measurement: aggregated, anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, clicks on contact buttons), with no cookies and no personal identification.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your requests and organising our exchanges: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
  • Managing the client relationship: performance of the contract or legitimate interest.
  • Getting back to you after a self-assessment: your consent, given by ticking the box provided before sending. Keeping you informed, where relevant, about my services (business-to-business prospecting): legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent or object at any time, simply by asking.
  • Improving the website through anonymous statistics: legitimate interest.
