    The free review

    45 minutes by video to go through your week. You come away with your three most time-consuming tasks and the automations I recommend, whether or not you work with me.

  2. Straight after

    The tailored proposal

    You receive in writing what I’ll set up, in what order, and the budget. You take time to think it over and decide, with no pressure at all.

  3. Week 1 or 2

    The first automation

    We start with the one that gives you back the most time. I show you the messages before switching them on.

  4. Day 30

    Everything is up and running

    Your automations are running. Together, we review what has changed in your week.

  5. After that

    I keep them running by your side

    I monitor, adjust and suggest new ideas in short, regular check-ins.

I’m not at all comfortable with computers. Is this really for me?

Yes, I actually created this service with you in mind. There’s nothing to install or learn. Your only job: read and approve the messages before they go out.

Why not do it myself with ChatGPT?

You could, and it’s a good idea to take an interest in it. But testing, connecting your tools and checking every week that everything works takes time: precisely the time you’re short of. My role is to spare you that, while explaining what’s running.

How much time will I need to put in?

45 minutes for the free review, then about 20 minutes a week during the 30 days of set-up. After that, a short, regular check-in.

How much does it cost?

Every business is different, which is why I don’t offer a standard package. After the free review, you receive a written, detailed proposal with the full cost. Then you decide, with no pressure at all.

Will my clients notice it’s automated?

No. The messages are written in your tone, with your own phrases, and you approve them one by one. I show you a real example before anything goes live.

What happens if I stop?

It all stays yours: your accounts, files and automations are in your name. You leave with everything, with no exit fees.

Do I need to buy new software?

I start from what you already use. If an extra tool is really useful, I tell you in advance, with its cost, and you decide.

What about GDPR and the privacy of my files?

The framework is set from the start: why your clients are contacted, where the data comes from, how they can opt out. Your client files stay in your tools.

I work alone, or there are three of us. Is this for me too?

Yes, even if you work alone. That’s often where the time saved matters most.
